On October 7-9 2004, Dr. Mike Scanlon visited Truman State University to meet with project collaborators Drs. Brent Buckner, Diane Janick-Buckner and Jon Beck. Dr. Scanlon also met with additional Truman faculty and students, as well as the head of the Division of Science and the university president. During this visit Dr. Scanlon presented a seminar entitled "Genetic analysis of the evolution of leaf morphology."
