NOTE: A 10% discount will be automatically applied to each complete printing batch (38 chips) purchase. An additional 4% administrative fee will be charged to the total purchase price for off-campus users. Recipients are also responsible for any required taxes and/or additional shipping costs.

You will also need to print the final summary page, complete the remaining requested information and return it to us via regular mail or fax in order to finalize your order. Chips will not be shipped until orders are finalized.
