ISU Maize EST Projects
The Schnable Lab has been involved in two EST projects. Each project resulted in the deposition in Genbank of 30,000+ 3' EST reads. The first project sequenced normalized cDNA libraries prepared by the Schnable Lab from a variety of organs at various developmental states. The second project sequenced a SAM-enriched cDNA library prepared by Xiaolan Zhang of the Scanlon lab at the University of Georgia.
